Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Services

All payments made for content distribution, publishing, or related services are non-refundable, except under specific circumstances listed below.

Refund Eligibility

  • Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
  • Failed or incomplete transaction where the amount was deducted but service was not initiated.
  • Any other exceptional case approved by SOUNDSID management.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

How to Request a Refund

Clients must submit a refund request via email to accounts@soundsid.com within 3 working days of the transaction. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.

Cancellation Policy

After Service Initiation

Once a service request (such as content distribution, publishing, or metadata processing) has been initiated by SOUNDSID, it cannot be canceled.

Before Service Initiation

If a cancellation request is received before processing begins, the payment (after deducting payment gateway or administrative charges, if applicable) will be refunded.

Company-Initiated Cancellations

In cases of technical issues, delays, or inability to deliver the committed service, SOUNDSID reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund at its sole discretion.
